Cascades Flag Football league is open to adults of all abilities and ages.  We have co-ed teams as well as regular adult teams. We play fall and spring seasons on fields in the Cascades community.

Spring and Fall seasons are 8-10 weeks long, with practices once a week and weekend games. We encourage all playing abilities and are focused on learning the game, teamwork and having FUN!

Equipment

Philosophy
Flag football is a fantastic sport and does not need to be treated as a “stepping stone” for tackle football. There is a growing movement in the USA for Flag Football-ONLY leagues which creates opportunities for men and women to play flag football longer. We’re not knocking tackle football, but don’t feel it’s for everyone or for all ages. We want to give all adults an opportunity to play the great sport of football in a safe and fun environment.

Volunteers
Our league cannot exist without the dedication and support from volunteers. The league supports its volunteers with an outline of goals and objectives for the season.  If you would like to volunteer please contact the league coordinator.

DMB Sports Group, Inc. is a sports marketing and programming company located in Dulles Virginia. DMB Sports runs a state-licensed multi-sports camp in Lansdowne and manages the Loudoun Field Hockey Association, in addition to other clients’ sports programs.
